AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

 

 

Delivery is FREE in Australia when you spend A$89.99 or more. For all other orders we charge a flat rate of A$10. We strive to despatch orders placed by 11am the same day (excluding weekend/public holiday orders) but please note that this may vary during higher order volume periods.

 

We use DHL for most of our deliveries and they target next day delivery for all Australian capital cities. Please note that delivery times to regional or remote areas may take longer. DHL does not deliver to PO Box addresses. In this instance, Australia Post will be used to deliver your goods.

 

 

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

 

Delivery is FREE in New Zealand when you spend A$150 or more. For all other orders we charge a flat rate of A$30. We strive to despatch orders placed by 11am the same day (excluding weekend/public holiday orders) but please note that this may vary during higher order volume periods. All prices displayed on our website and during Checkout are in Australian dollars. For an approximate conversion to New Zealand dollars, please click on the Currency Converter button when viewing our products.

 

 

We also use DHL for most of our deliveries to New Zealand and they target next day delivery for all capital cities. Please note that delivery times to regional or remote areas may also take longer. DHL does not deliver to PO Box addresses. In this instance, Australia Post will be used to deliver your goods.

 

Important note for NZ customers: Orders may be subject to customs charges including duty, GST and customs processing charges and DHL processing charges. Please refer to www.customs.govt.nz for more information.

 

 

FOR ALL ORDERS

 

 

When placing your order we recommend that you provide an address where someone is available during business hours. If there is no one at the address when the goods arrive they will be returned to DHL’s depot and a note will be left for you. You may choose to arrange an Authority To Leave if no one is available to sign for the goods; please contact us for details.

 

Upon placing your order, you will be sent a DHL tracking number to the email address provided. You can track your order by visiting www.dhl.com.au.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly refund the product purchase price of any unworn merchandise so long as you return it (at your own cost) and a copy of your receipt with the original packaging in good condition within 28 days from the order date (online purchases only).

 

We will also gladly exchange products so long as they have the same value as the original purchase price.  We will even send your exchanged items back to you for free! 

 

Before you return any product, please send an email to support@authentics.com.au or call us on (03) 8878 3020 so that we can provide you with a Return Authority Number.
